To AIA
Oooooohhhh… summer time! I love
it! The best part of summer is the chance to switch gears, slow
down a pace or two, stop to smell the flowers, and soak up the sunshine…
with plenty of SPF of course!
For many of us in the skin care business, we tend to slow down a bit
in the summer months. Utilize this time to read, gather new information,
and look into all of those pamphlets piled on the table that came home
from the aesthetic conferences but never saw much more activity.
Gear up for fall and spice up your business with a newly refreshed YOU!
We have been working on over drive at AIA and now each of you is beginning
to see the end results! Not to mention a bachelor exam is ready,
complete with an awesome study guide and prep class, that I get the
privilege of teaching in Long Beach, California!
After over 20 years in the aesthetics profession, I can honestly say
that we are truly on the verge of becoming an unstoppable force.
Our time has come, and it’s the beginning of an era of educated
skin care professionals that possess more knowledge and success than
has ever before been mastered. We will make our forefathers proud and
carry forward all of the hard-work and dedication that so many industry
icons have laid the groundwork for.
I’m so proud of our growth and direction, and even prouder to
be a small part of an enormous whole!

Welcome to Aesthetics International Association
(AIA). Serving aestheticians since 1972, our mission is to raise the standards
of education and public awareness of the aesthetics industry.
